A.J. Precision Components Limited
is a medium sized contract manufacturing company specializing
in plastic injection moulding, two-shot moulding, pad printing,
Ultrasonic Welding, Potting, value added assembly and blow moulding.
The company was established in 1980 and operates from a modern
16,000 sq. ft. facility in Scariff, Co. Clare.
The company operates to ISO 9001/2000 and is currently working on the implementation of ISO/T.S. 16949 / 2002. |

AJ currently employs 45 skilled staff, the vast majority being with
the company in excess of ten years. The company is committed to employee
training and currently has NVQ and BPTA program's running in the plant.
A.J. operates 17 conventional injection moulding machine's ranging from 45ton to 300ton, five 2-Shot (two material) 65ton to 150ton injection moulding machine's with rotary tables and three blowmoulding machines up to 3litre. We also have a number of pad printing machines and various manual assembly jigs and fixtures. We carry out several value added assemblies for the automotive, packaging and medical sectors. We see the offering of value added services as a future growth area for the company.
The company had a turnover of €4.5 million for 2006
