AJ Plastic Components currently manufacture a wide range of Automotive products for BMW, Volvo, Land Rover, Peugeot and Citroen. A range of the products manufactured are “A Class” surfaces this is where the surface finish has to be to an extremely high standard. We are a third tier supplier to the companies listed above. Our current services to the Automotive Industry include, Plastic Injection Moulding, Two-Shot Moulding, Blow Moulding, Pad Printing, Ultrasonic Welding, Potting, and Value Added Assembly.

Packaging

AJ Plastic Components provides a “one stop shop” solution for our Packaging Customers, from design through to engineering to complete manufacture. This ensure smooth and swift product launches. Our services include; Clean Room Manufacturing, Plastic Injection Moulding, Two-Shot Moulding, Blow Moulding, Pad Printing, Hot Foil Printing, In-mould Labeling and Ultrasonic Welding. The expected introduction of an Injection Blow Moulding service in the near future will further enhance our customer offering.

Medical / Pharmaceutical

Since the introduction of the class 100,000 cleanroom we have attracted several new customers in the Medical/Pharmacuetical industry. As a result, we are now actively seeking new partners in this sector. With the imminent introduction of an Injection Blowmoulding service, AJPC will provide our customers with an even better overall service. Our services include, Clean Room Manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulding, Two-Shot Moulding, Blow Moulding, Pad Printing, Hot Foil Printing and Ultrasonic Welding.

Aerospace

AJ Plastic Components have steadily developed a reputation in the Aerospace industry. For example, recently AJ Plastic Components won the contract to manufacture the Housing, Front and Rear Cover and Mounting Bracket for an Electronic Location Transmitter (ELT) for a Canadian company. It was won on the basis that AJPC could supply a plastic housing that would withstand the impact of a plane crash and also be flame resistant. Our knowledge of materials along with component design ensured that the project was delivered on time and within budget.
