machines ranging from 25 tons to 300 tons. 2 of these machines
are fitted with 3-axis ATM robots, which can assemble components
during the moulding cycle. A centralized feed system to all
our machines ensures that the moulding floor is free from plastic
granules. |

2-Shot (two material) Injection Moulding Machines |
|

4 off 2-Shot (2 material) machines ranging from 80
tons to 110 tons. This is where we see the greatest growth in the
Injection Moulding industry. We are currently the largest 2-Shot contract
moulder in Ireland, and plan to remain so in the future. A centralized
feed system to all our machines ensures that the shop floor is free
from plastic granules. |

Blow Moulding Machines |

3 Blow moulding machines capable of blowing bottles
up to 3 lts. 2 of these machines have twin head and one has Vizi-Stripe
capabilities. All machines are connected to our centralized feed system. |

We are currently working in a project management capacity
with a number of companies from initial design concept through to
finished packaged product. It is our firm belief that for our company
to grow and continue to be successful, it is necessary to offer our
customers a total service. We actively seek & encourage partnerships
with our customers, and strive to make their products, our products. |

Quality |

The company operates to ISO 9002 (accredited
1992) and is currently working on the implementation of ISO
9000/2000 (Q3 target). We currently use a wide range of inspection
equipment in-house and plan for ongoing continuous investment
in this area.
The company is rated a "Class A" supplier by most
of our customers, and has achieved a PPM of 27 defective parts
(over 2 million parts supplied) with one of our automotive customers
last year (2002). |

Toolroom |
|

In-house maintenance and repair facility staffed by
qualified toolmakers. This minimizes down time on the machines when
a quick repair needs to be done. |

Value Added Assembly |
|
| |
We see the offering of value added assembly as a future
growth area for the company. Currently we carry out various levels
of assembly for the automotive, medical device, industrial and domestic
appliance sectors. Certain assemblies can be carried out in a clean
"area" if necessary. |

Printing |
|
| |
We currently provide Pad & Hot Foil Printing on
various components, In-Mould Decorating (IMD or IML) is also possible. |
|

|
Potting |
|
| |
We also have the technology to pot a PCB in a plastic
housing (used to weather proof and protect the PCB components). We
currently use an Araldite resin that is mixed to a specified ratio
to create the seal. |
