The Process

2 Shot moulding or multi-shot moulding is a process where 2 or more materials are “overmoulded” within a single moulding cycle and must be processed on specialized moulding machines. The 2 shot process allows you to increase product features, aesthetics and assembly costs. A typical everyday product is the soft touch handle on a toothbrush.
